What is Your Fantasy?

By Thomas Clark

Disclaimer:  For those of you who are ashamed of your sexual fantasies. This article is definitely for you!

After one lip-smacking hot pocket, some Netflix and a bowl of salad, I began planning out this year’s sexual agenda. When it comes to sex, I’m all for trying new things. New sexual positions, new encounters and even new sex partners. How else will you keep your sex life vibrant by performing the same habitual vanilla routines? Just like the quote says “life begins where your comfort zone ends“, the same can be said for good sex. Whether you’re in a relationship or single, amazing sex should not be hard to come by!

We all have fantasies that we in the corner recesses of our minds entertain. Or for most it’s vicariously living through their X-rated DVD collection. This is as close as some will ever get. While others, who I commend, let their freak flap fly. Since when did this generation become so taboo? Why eat vanilla down to the empty ice cream container? You only live once and every minute counts. It’s blunt to say this; however someone has got to stand up. Haven’t we learned anything from Rihanna’s S&M lullaby, which we all love to sing in the club? Or Ludacris’ what’s your fantasy?

A new plan is in order; we will call this “operation orgasm”. The mission is to reach an orgasm derived through one of your sexual fantasies. Whether it is Whips, chains, leather, bondage, chocolate covered BJ’s, whip cream on the nipples, slings, and or any other fantasy that seems far removed from vanilla sex. Embrace what is really you, sexually. I’m telling you to go out and frolic, however make sure you do it safely!! Are you up for the challenge?!

Betcha Didn’t Know: Orgasms & Feeling Ill

By Deena Hamza

The first fact in my “Betcha Didn’t Know” series details negative side effects that come shortly after having an orgasm.

Yawning or Sneezing

Don’t feel embarrassed or insulted if your partner yawns or sneezes during sexual activity. Doctors have proven that centers in the brain responsible for orgasms, yawning and sneezing are parallel to one another. That’s right my G.O.Ps: Yawning or sneezing may be another tangible form of arousal.

Migraines

Some individuals can have severe headaches, or migraines, after having an orgasm. This could be a direct result of exciting the nervous system during sexual activity and reduced blood flow to the brain. For some individuals with a vasodilating medication may be required or medication used to relieve migraines. If your symptoms are not so severe, a hot shower and a cup of nerve relaxing chamomile may do the trick.

Abdominal Pain

Abdominal pain after intercourse can be a symptom of a prostate infection. For the average male it’s usually a result of intense contractions that occur in the pelvic floor (lower abdomen) after an orgasm. Exercises for the pelvis, like Kegels, can help strengthen those muscles and reduce overall muscle spasms in the area. Be sure to check with your doctor to ensure abdominal pain after intercourse is not a sign of a more serious issue like an infection.

Be honest my G.O.Ps, did you guys know that?

Happy Friday :) ~DEENA
